Privacy Policy
Supersky Apps Limited designs and operates apps distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the options available to you.
Information we collect
We only collect the information needed to build, operate and support our apps:
- Account & contact data – name, email, device identifiers and purchase details provided through the App Store, Google Play or our support channels.
- Usage & diagnostics – events such as screens viewed, feature toggles, crashes and device type. These are pseudonymised and used to improve stability.
- Content you upload – feedback, attachments or audio you send to us when requesting support.
- Payment confirmation – subscription status and receipts supplied by Apple or Google. We do not receive full payment card numbers.
How we use data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Provide core functionality such as authentication, syncing across devices and sending necessary notifications.
- Monitor product health, detect fraud, prevent abuse and secure accounts.
- Deliver customer support, respond to legal requests and maintain accurate records.
- Send important updates about critical issues, changes to the policy or new features. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in.
The lawful bases we rely on are contractual necessity (to deliver the apps you install), legitimate interest (to protect our services) and consent where required for optional communications.
Sharing & international transfers
We do not sell personal data. Access is restricted to Supersky staff and vetted subprocessors (hosting, analytics, crash reporting). When data is transferred outside the UK or EEA we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards and continuously review vendor security.
Retention & your rights
We keep information only for as long as needed to operate the apps, comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your information at any time by emailing privacy@supersky.app. We respond within 30 days. You may also contact the ICO or your local regulator.
Children & safety
Our consumer apps are designed for adults. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians can contact us to review data linked to a minor’s account.
Security
Supersky uses encryption in transit and at rest, device attestation, granular permissions, logging, routine penetration testing and incident response procedures. If a breach occurs we will notify affected users and regulators as required.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the effective date and, where material, notify you inside the app. Questions can be directed to:
