Terms of Service

1. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 16, have legal capacity to form a contract and comply with platform policies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of device PINs, passwords, recovery phrases or other credentials used to access Supersky services.

2. Licenses

Supersky grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to install and use each app on devices you own or control, consistent with the App Store and Google Play Terms of Service. Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the app.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with or disrupt our servers, APIs or networks.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that you do not own.
• Use the apps only for lawful purposes and comply with relevant aviation, privacy and communications regulations.

4. Intellectual property

Supersky retains all rights, title and interest in the apps, assets, design systems and know-how. Any bespoke deliverables you commission are assigned to you only once all invoices are fully paid, as outlined in your statement of work.

5. Subscriptions & billing

In-app purchases made via the App Store or Google Play are billed through Apple or Google and subject to their payment policies. Enterprise invoices are payable within 15 days unless otherwise stated. Late payment may result in suspension of access.

6. Warranties & support

We warrant that professional services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Apps are provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. Platform-specific remedies offered by Apple or Google still apply.

7. Liability

Neither party is liable for indirect, special or consequential damages. Supersky’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid during the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or matters that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, violate platform rules or engage in misuse. You may stop using the apps at any time. Contracted services may be terminated with 30 days notice unless a different schedule is defined in your order form.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.
